During his career, Alvin served in senior-level operations, management, compliance, policy, and legal positions at the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Office of Naval Intelligence, U.S Special Operations Command, U.S. Central Command, and U.S. Special Operations Command Central. As an Attorney in the government and private sector, Alvin has conducted security and privacy legal reviews of emerging technologies, provided legal oversight of security and insider threat programs, reviewed contracts for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and lead internal investigations concerning discrimination complaints, violation of organization policies, misuse of government funds, and security violations.
