Edward R. Culhane is a seasoned transactional attorney with hands-on experience running and managing businesses. Ed’s clients include venture capital funds, private equity funds, family offices, angel investors and real estate investors. Ed also represents entrepreneurs and business owners at all stages of formation, funding, growth and exit. Ed’s clients frequently look to him as their “on call” general counsel and business advisor for all of their legal matters.
