Gordon Gray has been practicing intellectual property and Internet law since 1994. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and has an undergraduate degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He has represented several large corporations and institutions such as Matsushita, Northrop Grumman, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Pinkerton's Inc. He has also handled technology matters for numerous smaller companies and individuals. Gordon Gray provides counseling to his clients regarding a wide variety of intellectual property and related technology matters. He has extensive trial experience in patent, trademark, trade dress and general civil litigation cases in federal and state court. He prosecutes patents and trademarks for his clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also has substantial licensing experience. Gordon Gray has also represented companies and individuals in cases regarding cyberbullying, trade libel, libel and other forms of electronic harassment.
