Michael has been practicing law in San Diego for over 30 years. In 1991, Michael opened the Law Office of Michael Djavaherian, handling a variety of legal matters, including business litigation, corporate formation and governance, insurance, construction, real estate, banking, international arbitration, and business torts. Michael has advised Fortune 500 companies as well as individuals and small businesses, and a number of companies in San Diego's vibrant tech sector. Michael is a 1986 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He is admitted to the California Bar, and to the Federal Courts of the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
