Arlene began her Worker's Comp experience as an adjuster, Senior Adjuster and then Supervisor at two Carriers. She handled catastrophic cases, Large Loss Reserve cases and participated in settlement teams. After she became an attorney, she handled cases for carriers, public entities, self insured and uninsured employers. She worked for two law firms for over 20 years. She is now a solo attorney limiting her practice to Uninsured employers and Insured employers with uninsurable events. She is located in Rancho Cucamonga. She appears at most of the WCAB boards in Southern California. She limits the number of cases she handles to be able to aggressively move cases to trial or settlement.
